  I buy Most of My Clothes and Underwear, at Marks and Spencer, in Aylesbury. The Staff on the Ladies Clothing Department, I have got to Know, for quite a while now. They are ALL Very Helpful ! I do buy some Food in this Store, as well.

  My wife and I shopped here last weekend and were appalled at the very poor level of service on offer in the food hall. The staff (youths) were spending considerable amounts of time chatting to their friends who had clearly come in for "freebies". Getting served at the bakery counter was near impossible and I only had success on getting the basic loaf of bread we wanted on the 4th request. Whoever "thinks" they are managing the food hall needs to think again......
