- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-08-16, by Teresa DoukirService not very Good I’m afraid. Had an appointment to collect my glasses. My technician was running 10 minutes behind (which is not great if you are running out time on your parking meter) only to find out they had ordered wrong glasses!!!! The technician promised to call me back with an update same afternoon... nothing happened for a week! They’ve only called today that they’ve just sent off my glasses to the lab and they will be ready for collection next week.... 3 weeks to collect glasses?? Really?..
