  Booked my 52plate 130pd Passat (10/1/18 ) in for a cam belt replacement including water pump and tensioner kit after being quoted £345.00 inclusive. However later in that morning I received a call from vagtune to say that all of the 4 bottom pulley bolts had been chewed up and that this happens all the time I was quoted a further £30.00 to replace the bolts. I agreed to this addition cost However upon collection I was charged nearly £80.00!!! For these bolts.. when I raised it with the manager his reply was ...."It is what it is" I was given no choice but to pay the total. £423.64 Worse was yet to come when drove the car I knew straight away it wasn't right!!! It lacked power and would now no longer accelerate as it did..... before it had been worked on by vagtune services! It's been back twice... Nothing's been done to rectify It ... The performance of my Passat is so bad I no longer Want to drive It anymore!!!! I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone!!!

  Very well maintained place with very good cost effective and quality service. Immediately taken up for repair and the same is performed to the highest standard. Looking forward for a long time car repair and service relationship. Started with my Octavia and now all three cars in the household viz., an old POLO and a FABIA are well taken care of by the repairs and services provided to the top class standard. Really thankful for keeping the whole of my family running safe on the wheels.

  Had a CAM belt, water pump and pulleys replaced on my vw jatta Very happy with job and surprised that although replaced after only 71k miles was impressed by subsequent performance and consumption figures. Will use again for sure
